It's actually quite un-creative in a sense. The "setup" is external and I just straightforwardly describe it. That is, that this is the case is just a fact (that it's shilling a shitcoin). But it's also true that our brains internally confuse time and space: if you do something repeatedly in time, it looks like you as if it "were everywhere" (quite obvious in the case of shilling shitcoins), because something that indeed is everywhere would be perceived one instance at a time as well, i.e. you'd look here and there, and it "would appear". Someone who mentions something repeatedly would have the same experience as someone who sees it mentioned everywhere ("oh wow, I made 30 threads about this. It's everywhere!" - obviously only the shill knows he made 30 threads, and the mark is supposed to not know that and just think that it's a popular coin that people just so happen to keep mentioning).
It's obviously a very cheap trick and everyone can see through it. I would really make for a poor magician, explaining all the tricks.
