There are no OTC buyers secretly accumulating.
The truth is that a low price is good for the CL team right now as they finish working on CCIP and continue the work on everything else like staking, functions, build, etc
The big companies that will use CCIP aren't going to suddenly accumulate link tokens and hold them before even beginning to start using Chainlink services.
They have boards and corporate governance that don't allow for that kind of risk, and right now they're not going to deploy any cash into something like that without it being a sure thing.

On top of that, barely anyone understands what Link is and even less understand what Chainlink is doing or how it relates to the token.
That's good news for people who are still accumulating because it's really an opportunity to build a respectable stack before things start moving quickly.
It's bad news for those of us who've been holding for years because it's going to take a little longer before things start moving.

The ones who lash out and spend all day fudding are the ones who are destroyed by every crypto cycle.

The problem I see with the beginning of real adoption coinciding with the new crypto bull market would be the untrustworthy mania that comes with every bull market.
I'm torn on that actually, because big corporations love to jump on bandwagons and get people excited about new tech.
That's why we see companies add stuff like crypto payments and nfts to their services in an attempt to garner favor with a crypto crowd that finds themselves with extra cash to spend.
I can see where that would encourage more engagement with CL, but on a superficial level.

The healthiest path forward is for Chainlink to be working with large financial institutions in a way that's divorced from any crypto cycle.
Companies need to dip their toes into blockchain tech applications beyond the superficial pandering to cryptobros.
If they start using blockchain to transform their transactions in all the different ways possible, that will be when Chainlink starts maturing into it's full potential.
Before the massive fraud of the past couple years, we were on our way to seeing that sort of adoption start, but now that money isn't free and crypto has a bad reputation, it's going to take longer for companies and banks to be open to trying to replace their antiquated processes with blockchain solutions.

It's still inevitable because the amount of fraud and outright thievery that can be instantly eliminated by things like DECO and FSS is a no brainer.
You just have to look at it from a 1000ft view instead of checking the token price 10x a day and seething over it.
