It will start with call centers. The employees are basically just running verbal scripts anyways, and if you demand to enough times and stay on the line you can talk to a supervisor who can do something.

Those low level jobs that are eliminated will force a lot of people back into job searching all at once flooding parts of the labor market where work is similar. Also for every 5 or so of these low level jobs you eliminate you then eliminate a lower management position.

A lot of people will be hurt by AI even if it doesn't advance much, and the labor market will go through massive and unforeseen changes from so many people being put out of work all at once.
