Regulators won't agree. You are allowed to like a stock as much as you want during a short squeeze, but if you try to encourage people to short squeeze you are committing a crime. Similarly if a coin does not pretend to be legit it will likely be seen as a pump and dump by the eyes of the law at some point whereas a retard shitcoin that pretends it's the future of money will just be a "bad investment".
