Depends on where you live:

>Live in a white part of town in the NorthEast or somewhere else where teachers make a decent salary
Not a bad job. It's gonna be piss ease, the worst thing you will have to deal with is Karen tier parents or the occasional Chad football jocks joking around in class

New teachers are forced to start out in bad schools full of minorities, better jobs in White areas are reserved for people who've done their time getting underpaid and dealing with niggers first. Nobody wants to start out their career making $30k-$40k commuting into the fucking hood to deal with niggers all day for 3-5 years, so they just find something else to do with their lives instead.

Everyone wants the teaching jobs in white, well-funded school districts for obvious reasons. So unless you have connections, you are starting out either making like $35k-40k a year, or teaching rowdy blacks. Possibly both.

Not very appealing as a career choice.

I was a teacher for 5 years and it literally broke me. Went back to biz school and got my my mba from the top school iny state and now I make 200k WFH.

On this point, I remember in 8th grade one of the 30 something, good looking male teachers started a special club or whatever and would only allow girls to be invited to his club.
They would meet in his classroom during lunch and to this day I still wonder what they did in there..
