My work has destroyed my mental, I'm at the lowest point in my life right now.

So just stop doing shit. I had this same problem with my company about 7 years ago. I just gave up and stopped doing shit for about a year. Nobody even noticed or cared. I ended up getting a promotion out of it and multiple employees under me. Still at that job. Still not doing shit. I work 5-10 hours a week and have done so for nearly 7 years. 100% remote.
