No. Things were pretty bearish until Nov/Dec while rate hikes were ramping and DXY was flying, and I was content to stay long certain commodities stocks most of last year. Now we're back to the fake economy trading regime where duration/tech gets bid because all the money that was printed realizes there's nowhere to go. Inflation adjusted, markets aren't especially expensive right now. Things are settling in and slowly creeping back higher. Even VIX is sitting below 20.

Perhaps there'll be another dump after the debt ceiling, perhaps they dump more long duration treasuries, prehaps banks stop lending or the layoffs actually make a real impact. But there's no reason to play that right now because it's not here yet. Trade what is actually happening, not what you wish to happen.
Maybe buy some cheap puts further out if you really want to be ahead of the curve. Buying SQQQ today or buying puts that expire in a week or two is just asking to get fucked though. You'll get rolled over before it ever sees a meaningful rise. Many of these leveraged ETFs are broken products. They'll never sustainably move higher. You have to time them.
