My dad had a undeclared bankaccount that i cannot inherit. I have authorization on it though. Could i just buy btc with that money somehow? On my exchange it didnt work bc it was not my bank account. I tried private p2p dealers but with big amounts they want to do kyc also and dont allow third party payments. What do???

If you're an authorized user you should be able to just withdraw the money at the bank, or just use an ATM right?

>> No.54917598

how much money?

>> No.54917604

>>54917585
No its way way to much for that. Withdraws are caped at 100k per year

Im not in the usa and sending that on my account will be inheritance tax fraud and stuff

Why would it be inheritance tax fraud if you're an authorized user? Is the account willed to someone else and you simply have access?

>>54917658
You're leaving out a lot of details here OP

>> No.54917681

>>54917658
Its not really willed to anybody. It was his second account that he never paid taxes on... im the only one who knows about this account

If you're an authorized user and/or next of kin it's your money. I'm not sure what inheritance related taxes or whatever would ultimately be involved, you should probably speak with an attorney. But, otherwise you should ultimately be entitled to it.

Connect his credit card to a Metamask or Coinbae wallet, buy a bunch of stables and then connect it to fkin Uniswap, then buy a bunch of PLEB and make a shit ton of money
Giving your dad his money back is totally optional
