The usual discord nufudders are actually a lower form of life than unpaid internet janitors:
>constantly making 50+ pbtid fudding in discussion threads over 10+ hours whenever they're up
>the rest of the time they seem to be seething, samefagging, and monitoring in up to 6 fud threads at any one time during their "rush hour"
>sometimes when they're really upset because no one takes them seriously, they'll spam the board with nikado avacado's asshole threads
>they have been doing this possibly since 2021, when a lot of them bought the top and never recovered
>others lost their stacks on bancor and celsius
>some even think that they're "fighting the wef" by posting on here - yes they're that retarded
>lets be generous with the math and say that they've only done this for five days a week (including holidays) for one year (50x52=2600 hours spent doing this maybe, not including the time they've spent making low quality memes and looking at pictures of the best cock cages to use)
>all over an apparently shitty and unimportant crypto
>on a board that doesn't even affect the prices
>all for FREE

What does "bussin" mean?
And what does "nocap" mean?
I see how they're used, but their precise meaning still eludes me.

Oracle free summer lasted less than a week lmao.

Here's the thing that just boils my brain over and over and over and over again. Say you're an actually competent Web3 dev, of which there are what, maybe 2000 on the planet at the moment? And that's being generous. You are in a position to start something that will, over the next 10 or 20 years, be a true hundred billion dollar company. Not only can you see the potential of a smart contract connected trust minimised world, but you can actually build shit, and you're connected to the talent, and the financial backing, to do whatever you want...
So what sort of indictment is it on these people that 99% of them are having a seething hissy fit about a company that makes just one part of their stack definitively honest. Any person with scruples would be falling over themselves to integrate Chainlink. Anyone who could see the writing on the wall would be enthusiastically saying "Fuck yeah lets kick staret the 4IR and make billions while we do it".
But instead we get this schoolyard "we're not talking to you" clique retardation from people who act like ripping retail off is the only feasible way to make profits, and these are people that UNDERSTAND this shit.
Literally no matter what happens in the future, whether eventually everyone just pivots and then revises their story so that "we always supported Chainlink", I will never ever ever understand this period in crypto history when Chainlink was shipping industry changing products and 95% of the Ethereum industry was scrambling around trying to AVOID them just so they could keep scamming at maximum speed.

Read the thread about CCIP. A lot of these guys will have their comfy positions as Kings of the Scam Market revoked and they will be forced to not only go back to the drawing board but also when crypto is institutional-grade serious they will also be competing with TradFi's fully authorized and backed by globohomo worldwide (((decentralized apps))).

I am starting to think the amount of grifters in this space is WAY higher than previously anticipated. Hard to blame people who are making hundreds of millions of dollars every year because of these "problems". Do you think the police department would be ecstatic if all crime disappeared tomorrow? No they'd actually be *poor*, even if the development would be cool.

All of that is reasonable. I think on top of it there is an inferiority complex. Arbitrum is simply better technology than Optimism. GMX is better technology than Kwenta/SNX. But both of the latter do this big "it's all about community!" parade while only retaining any amount of user stickiness by throwing inflationary token incentives at people.
Maybe they can see that, as you said, in a fully mature Web3 market they will not only be the leaders, but they might not be much at all.
But I am still mystified that more of them aren't at least fucking trying the honest route.

The Vitalik/Kyber thing was one of the first clear manifestations of the massive double standard everyone seems to have against Chainlink.
