Then the DTCC distributes the cash dividend they received to their beneficial claimants that they have listed. Instead, we've been consistently shorted without any significant relief. However, volume has now become so dry, likely due to shares not only being DRS'd but being booked, that not enough liquidity is available to hold the price down.

Liquidity is only 'infinite' in the sense that it can be cyclically recycled. When there are not enough shares to recycle to offset buys in CNS, the price will not be capable of being suppressed, and we should start to see more and more consistent upward pressure.
