Two ways
1) do dodgy shit door to door sales or phone sales. Do disgusting hours for shit money. Grind your way up until you've got a proper job.
2) go get a technical degree or hustle your way into a technical job. Express interest in a customer facing role. This transition will be easy as technical people are rarely interested in sales/account management roles.

I did the first way because I'm too shit at university and can handle shitty sales jobs. Now I'm in my early twenties and make twice as much as my uni mates. If you're academically gifted and socially savvy definitely go the second route.

Good luck

If you want to make bank in construction, you have two options:

1. Go into construction management for a large general contractor. Start as a project/field engineer ($55-65k) and work your way up to project manager ($120k+). Long hours and very stressful, but if you are good, you will make a lot of money. It typically requires a 4-year degree.

2. Start your own contracting company. This is where most tradespeople make it. It requires you to be skilled at your trade and skilled at business, but the amount of money you can make is only limited by you.

Good luck.

As for marketing, the clothing is oriented towards fans of two relatively popular indie bands, who I know personally, so they more or less do the social outreach for me. The soaps and stuff, I market at small-scale cosmetic/craft fairs, and I've dished out freebies to a bunch of instagram personalities in exchange for a few posts here and there. Used to do the same thing. It got to the point that I wasn't enjoying the work anymore translating somebody's weird ass fetish into english. Especially after they demonetized all the file listing sites that I would make a good amount of non-commission money from. Sad times.

Do you guys believe that automation and AI will replace almost all jobs within 20 years? How will capitalism continue?

More like 50 years and yes

>how will capitalism continue
How did the world work before factory and driving jobs? Most people have jobs that are easily replaced, soon they will have to find niches like before.

An ideas guy with really solid concepts that give people direction and know how to motivate people are rare as fuck though. And worth every penny.

Ideas guys that spout bullshit and dont have any solid vision to back their ideas can all fucking rot in hell you piles of worthless shit. Find a clif and jump off it to help make the world a better place you fucking leech.

carry on.

Nigger I work 70 hours managing a $13 million a year business making peanuts while my boss grosses $2 million + a year while going on vacation. I never once said I didn't want to fucking work. I am a fucking old (34) and missed to memo until recently that I should have made a technology decision with career choice. Thanks for making me feel even more shitty but one thing you can never fucking say about me is that I don't get my hands dirty. I was an orphan by 16 so being a slave is all I know.

Well, you just made all of that up but either way getting your hands dirty doesn't have to be literal dumb ass if you aren't willing to learn tech and to learn basic programming you aren't gonna go anywhere. Ffs one of the first guys I worked for was poor af until he was 54 when he sold all of his shit on ebay and turned it into a million dollar business.

35 is not very old you can still build a product without getting rich off the backs of others.
