This hasn't worked on any of my ISPs for years now. Is it still a thing in the third world? I can keep my router off for days, when I turn it on I still have the same IP assigned to me.
When I had spectrum, I could change my router's MAC address and get a new IP. Doesn't work with ATT though since their internet only works with their modem.

When I phonepost, I'll randomly come across an IP address that's banned, and when I click the post, it's always extremely fucked up like CP or some hardcore gay dox or something like that.

Then when I'm banned, it's for stupid shit like off topic.
