I have zero experience with ebay selling or anything like that and feel I would run into problems trying to do it.

For some reason, one of my 50 centimes from 1915 is very different from the other 50 centimes from 1915 that I have.

It is much less detailed, and has a dull gray colour, rather than a proper silver colour.

It isn't magnetic, but it also reacts differently to magnets than how my other silver coins do.
So, is it a fake? But why would someone fake a tiny 50 centime, and especially of such a low grade, with no numismatic value?

Today it is $25.18
Now obviously, It's not like all I have to do is pay $25.18 and suddenly I get an ounce of silver sent to my house right?
I have to pay shipping and handling of some kind?
And can I buy it at spot price or do you often pay above spot price?

And then when you want to convert it back to cash. Let's say the spot price then is $26.23.
Are you actually going to get $26.23 per ounce?
Or are you going to get low balled?
Also where would you even sell it? How do you take silver that is in your hand and turn it into cash?

long story short the spot price is like the raw metal value of the silver.
yes in most cases you will be paying above the raw metal value of the silver, mints and dealers charge markup after the cost of minting, transport, selling, their cut, etc.
consumer will likely also have to pay taxes and shipping depending on where they buy.

occasionally you can get a good deal in and another guy will sell some of his to you for spot in a private transaction, dealers will never sell to you at spot however.
personally my limit above spot is like 15%, I won't pay for anything that's more than 15% off spot.
gold is a different story as it's like the "buy in bulk" option. most places do not sell gold for much markup, you can often find it for spot-5% markup.

if you want to sell it back for cash, yes likely metal dealers, coin stores, pawn shops, etc. will give you spot for your metals. I've never sold back to a dealer or pawn
but I'm sure that a pawn store is the only place on the list that will lowball you below spot.

I myself actually haven't lost anything, my premiums are diligently minimized and the spot price of silver/gold rises to the point where I can sell it for profit, let alone without taking a loss.
you can also sell in a private transaction as I have described before to another person for more than just spot. people will buy off you if you sell for less markup than the dealer.
