If they suffered a 75% loss, even the FDIC wouldn't be able to cover their depositors without a bailout themselves. 212 bil in assets vs 13bil tangible book. That's a 16x leverage ratio. A mere 6% loss would mean complete liquidation of all remaining value.
But the real problem is that book value is backwards looking and ignores some components. They're underwater on their HTM securities. Deposits are still draining, cost of any new borrowing they can access is now 5% - aka t-bill rates.

The reality is they've already lost that 6%, and likely more. The only thing going for them is that they haven't yet suffered one final liquidity event to force them to acknowledge this. Those 30b in megacap bank deposits get pulled soon though. The point of that was never to save FRC, it was for the big banks to give themselves time to further hedge their own books. The clock is ticking.

FRC right now is a call option on an emergency FOMC meeting that cuts rates to zero happening within the next 2 months. Otherwise the equity is a zero.
