It wasn't. They made claims showing they were overcollateralized by 1% and that they were mainly holding SHIB because that's the customers funds. They have a fuckton of money burning, no income so even if the claims they gave were real, they'd be insolvent already because they are STILL paying for advertising that is no longer running and they will have to pay this off for many more years. The Stadium crap alone is costing them almost a hundred million a year because it was a decade long deal without prepayment, money they do not have.

Most importantly, and this is really fucking important, they can claim to have whatever the fuck outstanding liabilities they want. The fact that they only claimed to be overcollateralized by 1% means there is definitely a big hole right now, so big they can't even pretend to have a lot of money to look good for investors because it will mean much much more criminal charges when the gig is up. That's not what they want, they want to slow burn the company and pay themselves off every year and not give a fuck.
