Maybe PirateCash? The Dev is still actively working on it even though it launched in 2018. It's a DASH fork but went Proof-of-Stake after an initial PoW distribution phase. I bought $30 in July last year and it has doubled since, though there was a halving recently so staking rewards aren't as high anymore. Market cap is 500k
