2 Things.
1. Money is ultimately a derivative of human labor in terms of goods or services. Stocks give you a partial claim to that ongoing endeavor. Crypto typically produces no good or service and is not ongoing in this regard.

Credit spreads can be bullish or bearish but you want something extremely liquid because the option values can go asymmetric is iv spikes on one strike but not the next. Spread leaps on less liquid tickers is fine since you can hold until expiry and exercise. They are limited risk but give yourself some time to close it out before expiry to avoid pin risk.
