Pre-Islam, the prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) was part of a high ranking clan. During the initial stages of Islam, the quraysh offered him all the riches along with anything else he could ask for, for the sake of denouncing Islam. When that was turned down, he and his companions endured more torture, starvation, and many were murdered, among a list of other things. This went on for years. Pre-Islam Arabia was already filled with degenerate actions. If the claims about him were true, he would’ve already had these things available to him, so these are completely baseless.

There is nothing that is comparable to the Quran. There is also nothing comparable to Islam. It is a complete way of life, and not simply a short list of commandments to follow while leaving everything else to be figured out on an individual basis. All previous religions and guidances brought to them (in their original form) were from the same Creator, so yes, there are some similarities between them all. Islam, however, was not brought to only a group of people during a certain period of time. It was and still is the final form of guidance for all of humanity, and it has stood the test of time by still being relevant to this day.
