If you have DSPP enabled you're not a Pure Book King, simple as. I just want to comment on fractionals in hopes my experience helps others. Just because you change your shares from plan to booked, does not mean it will auto sell the fractional. I found out today the hard way after setting a CS account to booked. It kept the fractional in the same account number, changed the full shares to booked, and the fractional (0.1844 to be exact) stayed in the same account as a plan status not booked. My point being, just because you change to booked doesn’t mean the fractional will auto sell. Make sure you’re following up and logging in again in a week or two to ensure it’s not a plan fractional still tied to the same damn account number. Hope this helps. You will have to call customer service to have the fractional sold/disposed of.
