There is a useless regional leader HR roastie in my company now on leave for "depression". full pay for a month.
She was given a bad performance rating and it "took her over the edge" it seems. so she got a doctors note for depression. she had a shitty performance for a year and is constantly getting superiors to tell her what to do and outright do it half the time. so she got a bad review... which she is partly blaming her performance on depression. like.. then the bad review is triggering depression so she took a month of leave. fucking nonsense. she has been offered a performance review for a year or 4 months departure package.

what the fuck is wrong with HR people. i get this company is a bit chaotic but if you arent a good fit just find another fucking job nigger. what is so hard about that? lots of people do that all the time.

i almost "fell through the cracks" at the interview of my current job because of incompetent recruiter roasties on a temp contract

ended up getting a job. a year later i helped my boss interview candidates for an open position on the team. the temp contract roastie recruiter we dealt with had her email shut off by her contracting firm, so my boss's emails to her were going into the void for a few days. also the dumb bitch kept fucking up basic aspects of the job posting e.g. listing it as hybrid in a city where we don't even have an office, when the job was fully remote.
