Probably. CBDC's are going to be reliant on Chainlink oracles. That's a no-brainer. But the market is still irrational (Just look at the ICP retards and shit like $pepe). LINK's growth will mostly continue to be slow and organic until its implemented on a practical level (ie. CBDC's are launched in the real world). This will still take years.
