Listen up faggots, let me briefly tell you about ROSE even though you don't deserve it.

The project was born out of IC3, one of the, if not the most prestigious and legitimate crypto research centers in the world. The founder is Dawn Song, who is a professor at Berkeley, one of the most respected computer scientists in the world, and has a laundry list accomplishments, awards, and citations. Additionally, ROSE has numerous very high level partnerships with multiple Fortune 500 companies, such as Meta and Equifax. I do not think those companies do business with scams. Finally, the technology of Oasis Network is fundamentally sound, leveraging Trusted Execution Environments, which enable it to process confidential smart contracts. They have recently deployed the industries first confidential EVM.

Did you that AI trains on data, and that it's extremely limited right now because it can't train on private and protected data, by law? Well, answer me this, shitbrains, what would break that barrier and allow that to be possible? Hmm, maybe a protocol that uses TEE's (which are one of the few legal ways to actually access this data) where the data can be accessed while keeping the personal and sensitive information confidential?

Oasis Network already has a partnership with Meta (small company out of California) to do exactly this.
>muhh wow diversity survey
Yes, who gives a shit, it's proving that the technology can allow AI to access sensitive data and use it without having access to the confidential aspects of it.

So anyway, I invite fudders to try your best in this thread. The FUD oasis gets is literally laughable and can only be uttered by people who are obviously either legitimately retarded or have some ulterior motive. It's actually disappointing to be honest.

So, go for it. I have some free time. What I said is like 10% of what Oasis is and is capable of.

I can keep going, because you're wrong. Technology, use-case, and adoption are three of the main reasons a coin pumps at all over any long time horizon, and they're all related. The one-off shitcoin that does absolutely nothing pumping to infinity is the actual anomaly in this situation.

Not being able to process sensitive data is one of the biggest roadblocks currently holding the adoption of web3 back, it's like we've hit a stalemate. We literally can't go much further without it. Breaking that barrier is fucking massive, and no one in the game is even close to the level of Oasis at it. Like I said, IC3 project, and by FAR ahead of the pack. I mean just think about it, Equifax and Meta, among others, are using this little shitcoin project that no one has ever heard of. Don't you think that speaks to how ridiculously important it is, when massive companies are willing to immediately jump all over it as soon as its made possible? The market is incredibly desperate for this technology, and Oasis is literally miles ahead of the pack in terms of building it. And already trusted by the biggest companies in the world because of its inherent prestige due to who is behind it.

You literally cannot find a more solid project solving a more critical issue. Remember what I said about AI in the OP? The usecases literally never end. You guys have no idea what this is and what Oasis is building.

Well Sapphire is already launched, as well as something called the Oasis Privacy Layer (OPL) coming soon. OPL allows protocols on other chains to bridge to Sapphire using a secure messaging bridge and gas relayer to essentially process whatever sensitive data they need to on Sapphire, then send it back to their home chain while preserving privacy the entire time. It's a way for projects on other chains to utilize the capabilities Oasis offers without having to move their whole projects over. OPL is not quite ready because the gas relayer is still being developed, and there's some bits of Sapphire being ironed out that other projects are waiting on before they deploy, as far as I know. Sapphire is the confidential EVM, by the way. Plus, the enterprise partnerships are already using it.

They are COMPLETELY different architectures. SCRT really only handles private smart contracts and only in certain scenarios even in that case. Oasis is the privacy god protocol. Dream it up, you can do it. All of the industries which currently can NOT use public blockchains because of privacy laws such as healthcare are now enabled by Oasis. Under collateralized loans without KYC on blockchain and in DeFi, the holy fucking grail of DeFi? Oasis. Cleanest data marketplaces on the fucking planet because finally you can validate highly personal/private information without revealing the end user? Oasis.

It’s one of very few L1’s with an actual reason to exist right now. The rest are all “muh TPS” who gives a fuck if they’re not bringing anything new to the table? Oasis does, and it allows the use cases of blockchain to minimally 10x in value.

IMO that was due to Yuzu launching on Emerald (the first Oasis standard EVM with no privacy features as a public proof of product), pic related. ROSE came to the EVM L1 party very late, during the 2021 bull there were literally no products outside of enterprise products. Then emerald launched super late into the run and started picking up steam right as everything started dying. The crash down to .04 was just market forces IMO. Also, some people speculate that FTX was shorting the fuck out of ROSE because they invested in SCRT and listed their perps at about the same time.

Sorry if this is a stupid question but this is the first time I'm reading about Oasis and I'm not really sure I got it right... so here's the question - can I actually use it to preserve privacy of smart contract's function's calldata?

Example use case - a "credit score" dapp:
- web3 interface where user grants access to their bank account via Plaid / open banking
- access token is sent to the smart contract by calling a public function using metamask
- smart contract calls an oracle with the access token
- oracle uses Plaid to fetch bank balance and returns it to the smart contract
- smart contract generates an NFT saying "owner of this NFT has $9999 in his bank account as of 2023-04-15T12:34:56Z" or something

The confidentiality inside the oracle is a separate problem (needs Town Crier, fuck you Sergery for not implementing it for 5 years), but does Oasis solve this problem in all other steps of the process?

As with Emerald, it boasts high throughput, instant finality, and low fees with added privacy-preserving features. iExec RLC does all of this and did it first. Kek newfag.

I almost fell for iexec. And almost fell for rose. Thank god my bag isn’t being shilled on 4chan. Search provides zero results. Amen.

it's hard to get an accurate count of the wallets because the tokens earned from staking aren't shown on the explorer. people have been staking for multiple years by now so they actually have a lot more tokens than what you can see on the explorer. my best guess is 100k is probably in the top 10% now.

Kek the idea that we’d ever hit $1 is ludicrous. The amount of baggies on tg, discord and biz holding fat stacks desperate to reclaim their 2021 losses , the sell pressure would be too immense. Dumping my 5m at .30 and never looking back

That isn't correct.

250K accounts
20 per page
1M+ ROSE accounts end page 19: 20x19+8= 388 accounts hold 1M+
250,000/388=644
100/644 = 1M+ is top 0.15%
...
200K+ ROSE accounts end on page 57
>20x57+3 = 1,143 accounts hold 200K+
>250,000/1,143=218
>100/218= 200K+ holders are top 0.45%
Same equation all you have to do is find what page those accounts end on

Damn there seems to be a lot of small wallets, either jeets or maybe dust wallets? Even 40k is still in the top 1.5%

At around page 5k, empty wallets start, which means more than half of the 250k wallets are empty, so you can double these percentages

No, a wallet is a wallet regardless of whether the amount is dust or not. Nobody would exclude bitcoin dust wallets when calculating percentage rates, it doesn't change for ROSE just because its outside the top 100 by market cap.

>> No.54617704

>>54617631
Dust is dust, but the amount after page 5k is zero point zero, atleast displayed as such

Doesnt matter, if it had a balance at one point that makes it a valid wallet.

I made this chart a month or two ago, it was pretty accurate at the time; still fairly reliable as a general idea.

>It's the tech and fundamentals that often produce the most long-term gains
Most trannies do not understand this as they always chase after shiny objects and they usually end up getting rekt. I'm having the fun of my life slurping up solid gems while I position myself for the upcoming CHUNK airdrop. The expectations of its RiskFi model are high af. The next few years will be amazing, I can feel it.
