What's the coin most likely to 30x, disregarding any safety net, I want the riskier plays.
I'm thinking of buying INDEX, the low cap is 30x from ATH, has working products and its only issue is that the coin is governance-based, they've been talking about adding staking later once development is over. Tokenomics sound a little scammy but the product suite they offer is valid.
Otherwise, ROSE and Ocean Protocol?
