First, get yourself into a position where most of the money you get will be saved. You'd be amazed at how much better you can look by just adopting a better diet, engaging in light but constant daily exercise, and being able to relax and/or otherwise remove unnecessary anxiety in your life.
Future Ken(?)'s is probably drinking WAY more fucking water, eating smaller meals with more vegetables and white meat. He's probably walking, riding a bicycle, nd/or talking public transportation which just by itself can casually shave off 15lbs. Not that we can assume this from his picture, but he also might be somewhat regularly attending Shinto/Temple services, even if it's just once a month- a great reason to get out, socialize, and engage with the community.
