Why did Bitcoin x1,000,000 in price since its inception, thanks to its fixed supply that is effectively deflationary (because people lose their wallets, or die irl, etc) but other coins/tokens which purposely gave themselves even more deflation fail to do the same?

Burning tokens is not even close to the same as deflationary if that is what you are implying

Yeah. I thought it was.

you're starting to realize that technology, adoption, or the economic structure of an altcoin do not matter.
the only scarce resource in an infinite digital world is time.

Because bitcoin is 14 years old

price doesn't depend on supply alone, there's a demand part. No one wants the deflationary nameless coins. Everyone wants Bitcoin.

Because a lot of ppl bought a lot of BTC when they heard about the BTC's huge bullrun and now they're pumping hard
My Pool Party earnings are going to BTC as well, since I'm making a lot of money there

because Bitcoin has venture capital bros pumping it up and then establishing alt coins that could be easily mined and then exchanged for bitcoins which were more valuable. By making the space seem more diverse in terms of investment for the typical vaguely middleclass "person" who was stressed about their financial prospects in a world where banks were beholden to no principle they had unknowingly entered an even worse space where power was consolidated in a much smaller space, with less consumer protections, and the insane belief that everyone was going to make it when the whole purpose of attracting normies was to find exit liquidity in this bigger fool styled scam. Whales also regularly manipulate the price of pretty much every coin in such a way that this whole scene is even worse than the mainstream financial system since its whales slowly offloading this coins and then tricking people into pumping and then selling more of their assets over time.

So pull out of crypto entirely. Got it

nah i need you as my exit liquidity, but just be aware the entire thing is a massive scam and regardless of the the government in the US the dollar doesn't swing +-10% of it's value per day and it makes any sort of irl transaction extremely risky on the part of whoever sells a good for any sort of crypto asset and you are constantly on edge about anynumber of governments outlawing cryptomining due to it's inefficiencies and an evertightening energy market given how the Saudis are trying to maintain higher prices for oil and gas to fund their domestic mega projects and the ukrainians not having the decency to roll over and die so little Ivan can grow to the age of 60 before dying without his mother land being invaded by Nato. .
