Quant could have been a competitor, maybe but I can't see it working out for them.
There's no tangible results for anything they've claimed to do.
They dropped community gateways and silence anyone asking about it.
Banks already work with Swift which as we all know works with CLL.
Quants aim is to bridge legacy software to Blockchain but with CBDC's I feel they will make their own on chain system that will just need CCIP instead
