Took me a long time to figure out this society, but now I understand entry level jobs are actually lower-mid level and actual entry level jobs have been re-labeled 'internships' because companies are shameless leeches that don't want to have to hire people and just want to use their labor and spit them back out.

This country is a joke.

Now you understand why we constantly have 6 gorillion WFH 500k a month for working 2 hours a week threads? All you have to do is intern for a decade and you too can become a 500k a month wfh Chad working 2 hours a week

welcome to the real world zoomer. seen the avg listing, I saw one that was 19 bullet points of requirements for a junior. You'll just have to eat shit for 2 years until you got the work exp.

No.

All of these requirements are pretty basic and you will need min. 6 months on the job to be useful in any engineering application.

Do your 6 months and find another job or continue your education (recommended, but be clever about your field of specialization). This is how the world works now. Times of joining a company with a baschelors and becoming a manager was maybe a possibility in the early 20th century when no one had education, but now you are competing with PhDs from EE who work for peanuts.

i would agrue that's not enough to get the first 6 months. here in canada, we import a ton of chinkoids with "experience". getting an intership is really competitive

Nobody wants any of that shit except maybe stats, use your big engineering brain to lern2code. Take it from me, I used to fly/drive around wiring sensors, doing calibration, designing crazy electro-mechanical shit very few people could do. I made $26/h. I now make $66/h as a data engineer. NOBODY CARES ABOUT HARDWARE ONLY SOFTWARE, 10 GUYS IN CHINA DESIGN EVERYTHING HARDWARE, START DOING BI AND APP DEV OR ELSE YOUR CAREER IS FUCKED!!!

>> No.54520476

Their selfishness is justified, yours is not. There's endless amounts of engineers they can take in as interns instead of you. You think you're special, the competition proves that you're not.

Keep in mind you don't need to fulfill every single requirement. I hate saying this but the current clown world doesn't reward honesty. You're being honest, you critically evaluate yourself whether you have those requirements. This is a good thing. But in clown world this is a massive disadvantage because other people will outright lie about their skills.

My advice would be to just apply for the job anyway. Some of these job postings are written by recruitment firms that just dump keywords without really knowing what they want.
