I know the Shanghai upgrade has a lot of hype + fud surrounding it, but that's just it - I'm confused as to whether it's "buy the hype sell the news" or if it's a bear trap - aka normies think mass dumpage will happen but the whales will counter and make Eth skyrocket instead.
