Do you know what is UTXO, transaction signature, what is Segwit and Taproot and what changes they made to the Bitcoin that your "ordinals" are possible in the first place? You don't because you're a stupid idiot.
Segwit is a change in Bitcoin protocol that separated transaction signatures from actual transactions, (it was necessary to fix possible exploit called transaction malleability and enabled further development of lightning network), ALSO it introduced a fee premium for tx sigs, but set a 10kB limit for it (not much for a scammy jpeg spam, right?)
Taproot is the next change in the protocol that beside other things "lifted" the limit, and tx data is now limited only by the block size (1 MB + 3 MB of possible tx data, heard about that famous 4 MB ordinal, you dumb fuck? Now you know where it came from). Some time after the taproot was introduced to BTC, a guy named Casey Rodarmor, came to an idea to put jpegs in that space. To make an "ordinal" or "inscribtion" you use a script to attach spam to transaction signature, and transaction signature is NOT movable. It's not a token. To mimic behavior of a token Rodarmor invented an "ordinal theory" according to which you pretend that your jpg is "inscribed" on the first satoshi in an UTXO (unspent transaction output - the way Bitcoin keeps information about address balances), and then you can trace it in following transactions. So in plain words: when you send a transaction an ordinal wallet will say that the jpeg ownership moved to a new adress, but this is not what's happening, the jpeg stays in signature field of the transaction it was created in and cannot be moved from there.
