Chainlink don't "have" SWIFT. SWIFT have a passing interest in chainlink but QNT have serious ties to traditional finance and legacy systems. Also CCIP is 5 years behind overledger and is objectively technologically inferior to what QNT is doing which has been widely acknowledged in the crypto space by people who understand the tech.
