Your idea makes sense in some sort of NFT collection but when it comes to brand identity, it doesn't make sense to have hundreds of different mascots. There's a reason why an establishment like wendy's for example has retained the same mascot since 1969.
Dilution causation for confusion and discomfort, no longer recognizable, loss of spirit and identity, and the subconscious association dissipates from the brand.

Avalanche evolved a LOT since last year. the ideas have to adapt.

It makes Sense that every successfull Subnet gets its own waifu.

Also splitting it up into X,P and C-Chan is actually educating as people learn about the different Chains.
