So I decided to do a test withdrawal of $500 to my PayPal from BitFlur and I accidentally sent slightly less than the required BTC. I used the stupid "chat box" and told them what happened and they said that they'd give me a refund back to my wallet, and that they'd send me a confirmation email with refund details. They then stopped replying to the chat and I haven't received shit back from them. I've sent a few messages and they aren't even replying. I should of used $50 as a test. What can I do about these fuckers?
