Best tech. countries using crypto as a replacement for their currency still need Algorand's infrastructure. They can't do it with just bitcoin. transactions are too slow and expensive. see el salvador. Nobody can deny that Algorand is perfection. It gets a bad rap because of the foundation but anyone who uses Algorand know the speed and reliability are just too useful to pass. Bitcoin is the most PR friendly as well as other coins so you wont hear about Algorand much.

Furthermore Silvio solved the trifecta problem
Algorand can scale but scaling is a choice not a tech limitation in this case so people say he didnt solve it even though he did.
