0x is a decentralized exchange, probably the most promising of them all. Several of their team members work for coinbase.

Whether or not they are developing this exchange as a sister webtsite to Coinbase, we dont know. Binance is developing their own decentralized exchange, perhaps coinbase is as well.

Thats a lot of unites. I put 75 dollars worth of Ether in to it at the bottom of its long after ICO dip. One of the best tokens I have bought. Loving its recent activity. Its going to grow. Bought today's dip with some more ether i made off Verge.

0x is the framework protocol that decentralized exchanges are built on and use. ZRX is the governance token used to pay the trading fees on the networks.
Coinbase couldn't make a sister exchange that would be anything more than any other decentralized exchange using 0x aside from in name. If they added in a fiat financial aspect they'd need to collect user information.
I fact the only website I found doing what should be done on 0x, a decentralized and anonymous exchange, is Radar Relay since you don't even need to sign up to trade but that's still in early beta. Ethfinex is meant to be decentralized but they're behind on their road map. Then there's IDEX. Low liquidity as well but pretty much exactly an Ether Delta fork. There was one other site I found yesterday but that's shutting down due to costs.
Theres an article on Radar Relay collecting 3 million to work with a few days ago. Ethfinex has bitfinex.

Either way, when any of the secondary ones built up a proper user base ZRX will take off. If Ethfinex releases using ZRX it will take off. Bit if a hold but definitely has potential to make a lot of money.

No, this isn't a coin capable of pajeet shilling PnD coin. It has a use. I would wager the only reason bitfinex hasn't listed it yet is because of Ethfinex requiring it and they'd like to keep the prices down until they can purchase whatever amount they need to flip it for fees and Ethfinex trades after.
