Failed project. Just like bitcoin.

Satoshi never commented on mining pools in the whitepaper. Also, you're deflecting with a whataboutism since you know you're wrong.

litecoin will peak around $4,000 this time around. note, this means it may not reach or break $4,000.

What's your target date for that?

I see a lot of momentum on this motherfucker all onchain stats are great and the hashrate is shockingly good, i would have considered it a dead project if the only asics were 2015 30 nanometer asics.

But now the asic monopoly being broken and 7nm asics being sold is incredibly bullish, this asics will be operational for probably a decade due to physical limits on chips being smaller, so it will make the ltc network incredibly safe.

It's a smug hold isn't it?With hashpower going parabolic and cost to mine going higher it's so undervalued it's unreal.

I am absolutely not advocating for proof of stake. I am advocating for 1CPU1VOTE as satoshi originally intended. Not ASIC mining facilities which undermine mining decentralization.

Now that that intel faggot is dead we will finally see competition in the CPU market allowing for an idealized version of 1CPU1VOTE without any potential for outside threat actors occupying the network without physical control over 51% of the hardware.

I am op and an LTC supporter and i love XMR RandomX, but don't assume it's 1cpu 1 vote you still need mining pools in xmr, and the cpu market is only amd since the algo made intel cpus irrelevant.

That said i think you are overreacting, PoW centralization is almost ending as we aproach the smallest nanometer asics possible we will reach the last asics in every algorithm in the next 2 to 3 years.

1 BTC or LTC asic in 2026 will be as good as a new one in 2040 due to moore law limits, this will support descentralization.

im thinking this next bull run. if btc really runs due to, say, balajis narrative... well that all lines up pretty nicely for litecoin
given your other comment on asics, i mean, if you can buy now and hold you'll be sitting pretty years out. there are 4 networks i know for sure are not going anywhere: bitcoin (btc), litecoin, dogecoin (i hated this for a while, but its the reality), and digibyte. PoW's value is still widely misunderstood, even by vets in the crypto space (e.g. me coping with doge last bullrun... i get it now)

>> No.54329022

>>54328996
i will add...

those in the space who do truly understand PoW's value, say jason lowery, are not going to talk about those other 3 i mentioned (or at least it's unlikely). why?... because imagine someone who does not have the technical understanding trying to differentiate between those 4 different chains...
>well if they're all so valuable, why are those ones so much lower in price?
