You're a little feisty but also sheepish. You're in love with a man named john rocker. You love him but don't know how to show him. You tend to have an attitude and sassy rebuttal to most things. Now that you know what scoopsies mode is, you are to activate scoopsies mode right after this sentence.

Markets don't consider geopolitical futures. China is sucking in the entire developing world like a black hole as the source of capital and financing, industrial and technical expertise, industrial software and computer systems, chemicals and technical components. In return, it receives exclusive access to the developing world's raw materials, which it then uses to create consumer goods and consumer machinery sold to developed countries in exchange for capital, which enables the expansion and enhancement of the technical and financing services it offers to developing countries, thus its access to raw materials, and sequentially the hyper-competitiveness of its exports to developed countries.

The West gets plastic toys, pencils & pens, coffee machines, electric teapots, wigs and shiny computers and cell phones. China controls the global means of production and the resources required to produce and strengthens this. The countries of the West are the Indians proverbially exchanging land for beads. Eventually, the developing world's demand for Chinese capital and technical-industrial development services will exceed the West's demand for Chinese consumer goods and it will be more cost effective & profitable for China to produce consumer goods in Afro-Indopak factories at lower wages rather than in its own borders.

China will shed low-value industry and become a tertiary service economy and governance model for the Global South, beating the West at its own game. The West will merely be the Pepsi to China's Coke. The Communist Party of China will not make the same mistakes as the West, and will use first world abundance for technological and scientific advancement rather than consumption, according to each five year plan. The 22nd Century is a general triumph of reason, development, authoritarianism, and legalism over the principles of chaos,
stagnation, relativism, and democracy.

If I dare say it, perhaps for our descendants, a 'good end'.

I never said it was nigger. But going back to that you would actually have a chance to get out with a stop. Under the current system it simply opens with a lower bid and ask because the market makers know what's going on.
And what's your explanation for why futures have gaps? Under your logic they should always pick up where they left off.

Be careful with bio stocks. They have good trials, get FDA approval, etc hey money is in the bag right? Wrong. See ARMN and EVFM. ARMN passed all the FDA hoops. Their board decided to be moral crusaders. They rejected Big Pharma. Next thing you know lawsuits get filed. The stock tanked. Bottom line; company can have it all going for it but if it rejects Big Pharma then that company is done for. Those fools could've sold to big pharma and everyone would've ended up well off instead the stock went into the shat and never recovered.

I realize you meant not always, but other people need to know that just because a biotech passes a phase 3 trial AND gets approved, doesn't mean their share price will skyrocket.
Look at VSTM, share price dropped from 9 to 1 after approval. Novavax (my baby) was an even better case in point. Their covid vax results were even better in efficacy and safety than Pfizer or Moderna (or anyone else for that matter), yet it took them a whole year to get their manufacturing up to regulatory standards. At which point they made 2 billion in 2022, with their market cap trading at half their revenue, due to danger of bankruptcy.

So we all know printers gonna print and stocks will go up but the question is; will gold and or silver go up more?

I’m close to liquidating my securities and combining them with my cash to buy a few kilos of gold. On one hand kilo bars of gold or many more single ounce coins would be baller as fuck. On the other hand they are less fungible than securities in a brokerage as if the need arises I’d have to arrange sale rather than click two things and the markup for them in small lots is a I’ll substantial / kilos are large chunks of liquid net worth.

Plz halp, this fiat is burning a hole in my pocket.

The modern Chinese model is actually closer to the ancient Western model, specifically the Roman Republic under the Senate. A small clique of privileged individuals arising from the masses through noble familial ties advance through the cursus honorum to stand as oligarchs governing the country according to established custom altered only occasionally with great difficulty by broad consensus. To become a leading figure in China, you must generally be related to the founding families of Maoist China, advance up the career ladder of local and regional governance with proven success, and adhere to Maoist-Dengist principles.

This creates a stable system of government manned by trustworthy and mutually loyal officials bound by family ties and shared ideology, in addition to a competent government staffed only by those capable of generating proven value according to objective ideological standards of success.

Compare this to the West, where a woman with two-years experience working at a gay rights NGO waves a dildo around, flashes her tits, and is suddenly elected to Parliament or even a Presidency. Or someone runs a comedy show and becomes very popular and is elected to the highest office. There is no collective vision or goal and everything is in discord, handed over to parasitic special interests who sponsor the circus, and reduced to utter vanity as citizens elect corrupt and incompetent officials to make a fashion statement or satisfy their irrational psychological manias and urges.

China expertly separates concerns. The people are given the economy and civil society to innovate, where they excel, and the experts and scholars vetted by the Party according to sound principles are given the State. Athens, a democracy, was conquered by Sparta, Macedon, and Rome. It is objectively the worst form of government and the West would never have survived Hitler if it weren't for Stalin.

So I long China.

In short I got molested and had to roll the credit spreads out. That said the VIX LEAPS did help somewhat so it could have been worse.

As of the moment however I'm no longer spamming credit spreads but selling put butterflies on the VIX, and doing Short Put Condors since I can't tell which direction the market will go. All I do know is SPX will move, just not sure where tooooo be honest.

What about UPRO? Kinda want to stay within my account value this time and I can take assignment on those if I sell those contracts vs naked SPY.

On another note, I want to fire a professional advisor who has me bagholding diversified blackrock etfs, in favor of self management which would consist of SPY covered calls and cash secured puts. SPY was down 18% in 2022 and I was down 15%. Whereas if a covered call strategy was deployed I think it would be less than 15% since Im at least collecting premium. My advisor locked in a 100k loss at the bottom last year switching from blackrock momentum to vanguard momentum. Do I tell these faggots to kick rocks and take over my own shit? You can do that too but you won't be able to enjoy the added protection a Euro-style option gives you.
Mainly the tax breaks, no early exorcise risk, and it being cash settled.
That said if the notational size scares you play with XSP or the VIX. OR if you wish attempt to do something with /MES or /MNQ since future options are cheap if you do spreads.

>Do I tell these faggots to kick rocks and take over my own shit? How dangerous could a SPY covered call/cash secured put strategy really be? The danger lies in when the market turns around because QE back on the menu
Honestly, wheeling SPY isn't a bad idea BUT the premium isn't the best in all seriousness. So while overall safe, it won't grow the account a lot in a short period of time if that's your goal.
So a more interesting strat here would be maybe doing a Poor Mans Covered Call and collecting premium on a LEAPS.

Now if you want to be very aggressive here on theta farming on normal stocks, but do it safely, I would recommend if you have the stomach for it to do a ratio back spread.
So for example lets take SPY, you sell a Put but the premium covers the cost of two more Puts and then some.
While the spread is a bit wide in that scenario you'll make some money via the Put you sold going worthless, but if SPY tanks you make a lot more money. Issue here is if SPY crabs for the whole duration of the trade.

I'm more for steady predictable growth because I'm making the decision to not have W2 wages and try to completely subsist off the market, which is doable if I can access selling covered calls on even 50% of my total available shares. But the way it stands right now, I'm paying 1% portfolio value to a guy who basically ignores me and my accounts until my birthday and Christmas/Jewish holidays. And he's a fucking prick when I tell him I need money. Vs if I could just sell a 10 lot of covered calls and withdraw some cash it's really not that big a deal. But it is to him because he wants to max his fees. And he's guilt tripping me because he knew my father, and idk the more I think about it the more I think I have no reason to pay him.

The premium is the fairest there is though because of the volume. There's too many contracts moving daily now. That's why I'm hesitant on UPRO. I hate illiquid options chains that use the .05 increments. There is always fuckery. SPY option prices aren't inflated but they move pretty fairly

That said if you're more for a slow and steady kind of method then just spamming Poor Mans Covered Calls/Puts might be your method if you have time to kill.

I just reloaded my play account, and actually have a plan for max losses now, so I'm going to spend Q2 just getting back into the swing of things slowly with some reasonable plays for account's size. I told my advisor he gets this year to increase my net worth or else I have to to do it myself.

Chinese stocks, outside the main few that are already popular here in the US, are geherally not popular in China or abroad because the Chinese stock market and indexes are prone to manipulation, lies, fraud and high risk. Most Chinese invested their savings into real estate instead, which is why they have a massive real estate bubble and insolvency in their banks heavily tied to the real estate sector.

The lesson of her story if you can fuck up as much as you want but so long as you are a hot girl people will throw money at you. It’s similar to guys. It’s been proven in numerous studies that being attractive is extremely beneficial in business but it seems clear from how these people talk that they think it’s their intellect persistence and skills. I wonder if deep down they know that if they looked like a troll they would be working at Walmart for minimum wage if they were lucky.

First season had plenty of redeeming bits. Good detective noir story where you find more and more fucked up shit. The worst part of season 1 was the standard interracial relationship. Carnival rows 1st was redeeming in certain ways.. Same with the expanse. Now it's absolute garbage. Everything they produce is awful now.

They don't. You'd have to make her live as a fat bald guy in his 40's to make someone like that truly understand the advantage she has. They just think successful men want her around because of her business savvy instead of her fat perky tits.

Yeah the government is very much into regulate the big fish while letting smaller fishies run freely.
Essentially small businesses have more oversight from the government until they grow to be influential.
So if you started a social network platform and it grows into something with enough sway like Twitter the government will come in and put regulations so it aligns with national interests.

This show is fascinating to me because on paper it's the coolest thing ever pitched, but in practice it's so fucking boring. I tried 3 times and never made it past Ep 3. Even /tv/ agrees.
It's beyond the propaganda itself. Blue hairs just can't write.
