Welcome to biggest casino
There's no turning back
Even while we sleep
We will find you

Acting on your worst compulsive behaviour
Turn your back on Mother Nature
Everybody wants the stock market crash

There's a room where the green light won't find you
Holding hands while the walls come tumbling down
When they do, I'll be right behind you

So glad we've almost crashed it
So sad they had to fade it
Everybody wants crash the stock market.

we figure out what's going on with the banking crisis yet? what's gonna happen to FRC? everything i've read about it is that it's a great bank and just sorta got caught up in this macro economic fuckery. as long as it is saved from failing (which the powers that be seem to be doing whatever they can to accomplish this because it's an important domino to keep standing for whatever reason), why shouldn't i believe that, even if it might take a couple years, that it'll eventually recover fully? there's nothing wrong with their business model. everyone is at the very least acting like they're incredibly important. they're all over the news, highly publicized.

midwest rainy whether isn’t as mild as west coast rainy weather.
seattle basically never has any thunder or lightning, but it’s more common than not to have lightning come with the rain.

the rain tends to be harder, it’s actually pretty rare to get anything like the light sprinkle that’s common to seattle

That’s a legitimate thing you can do.

I think it’s more common to use the keyword “imagine”, I saw somebody pull off what you’re attempting with some middle ages roleplay shit before and to use in practicing for interviews.

never understood BB's, if anything i'd prefer keltner channels for meme reversion trading. but it still ignores the main issue which is how you determine whether you're in a trending or ranging market at any given time. i get around this by always entering at a discount and using MA's and momentum to give me a bias for the direction i should be trading in. i make most of my money from ranges actually, i feel like trend trading is a sucker's game because they're so much noise in the signal typically. better to scalp ranges and let the trends go on without me rather than trying to get the big move but dying to death by a thousand cuts from when it ranges (which is most of the time).

the most important thing is taking high probability trades and applying risk management to them. can't stress this enough. it's not hard but this is where people constantly fuck up. this is a great playlist for anyone interested in learning risk management (deals with forex but it doesn't matter it applies to trading anything):

Invest in China, they will become the next superpower overtaking US by 2028 projection. They dominate global manufacturing alongside automation of numerous processes to keep costs down. They have been pouring billions of investments into AI,semiconductors, cyber for the past years meanwhile the US has on;y just realised how important this is. They rival the US military and are even ahead with military advancements such as the first country to have hypersonic ballistic missiles. Their Belt and Road imitative with developing countries allows them to have a global influence diplomatically without the use of military.

Because if depositors are withdrawing their money, then the banks need cash now to satisfy those requests. Selling the bonds at market prices is the quickest way to get that cash. Even if the company is making money hand of fist at $70 oil its not going to be pumping if oil fell from $100. IEO has actual oil upstream companies so its not just the crude price and it has a divy. If you want steady growth id just say SPY is the best ticket. Its the entire sp 500.

Feds are in talks about giving them MORE relief, even after the 30 billion aid provided. Unfortunately it's being taken as an "if" they do situation, not a "will".
>watchdogs see First Republic as stable enough to operate without any immediate intervention as the company and its advisers try to work out a deal to shore up its balance sheet
Stable enough now but the biggest question is for how long, days, weeks, months? Maybe they strike a deal with the big three and survive.

For anyone that wants to tug the sleeping dragons tail and make really good but fucking risky as hell money, sell some CSPs and pray to God that this survives. The IV is the highest I've ever seen and you can make thousands at selling puts at half the strike price. The biggest thing is if they go solvent, which doesn't seem like it's going to happen (in an immediate sense) because if the Feds really didn't care they wouldn't have capitulated with the interest rates on Tuesday.

I won't lie, I've got a large portion of my portfolio riding that this won't go under $5 come Thursday this week, but fuck me does this stock have my balls up to my throat in stress.

Why would they prefer that? Assuming that you stay with them, the more money you have the better for them. In fact most banks will at some point talk wealth management with their richer clients because they know that for them it's standard and they don't want some other bank stealing you away. Ultimately, they want you to keep as much money as possible with them and they might have various investment options that is good for them as well in this sense. I don't know how much money you have there, but it sounds like it might be past their threshold for caring.

The biggest tell is disproportionate growth. When not on roid, even if you do isolation exercises, you get nearly no gains and nearby muscles slowly grow instead when your muscles become too disproportionate. While that still applies while on roids, the threshold is way out whack so it basically never happens. This roidfag is a great example: legs like sticks, traps, nonexistent flexors and pronators. Either there's an image trick (e.g. filter, lens, etc.) to make the upper arm look much bigger than it is, or that's a gearhead.

Wouldn't recommend messing with gear until you're in your 30's and preferably already have kids. Even Ronnie Coleman didn't get saucy until he was 29, there's legitimately no need and it's doubly stupid if you haven't already built a solid base while natty and gotten close to what your limit would be for what you could achieve. Even then a TRT level dose keeping you around 1000ng/dl with medical supervision would be the way to go and you could maintain that well into your 50's with the right maintenance. Hormone therapy extends lives and quality of life like nothing else.

Assuming your goal is to buy and hold I'd aim for ETFs involving heavy industry like mining or manufacturing.
To add Utility ETFs are also good since we're in stagflation territory.

Personally, to add on this I would seek out ETFs with good options liquidity so you could farm some Theta off to the side with covered calls or do CSPs if possible.

When a black swan event forces a mass liquidation event. Right now sellers can just hold on forever waiting for their price. In Columbus there are some new-construction 2-bedroom townhomes listed for like $900k that have been on Zillow for like 2 years when for just a little more money you could get a 7-bedroom mansion in the suburbs or an entire 8-unit apartment complex near campus and the medical center. I think they were built at the peak of the lumber bubble and supply shortages and they're just refusing to accept less profit.

New tires for the car and a new portable dishwasher. Wanted to push the dishwasher off till 2024 but it may not last that long. (2008 model;bought it new). Why portable? Well this house doesn't have one. And it'd cost more than buying another dishwasher to install one. (Rip out cabinet, redo granite countertop, plumbing and electrical work plus cost of the washer itself). V.s just buying the washer and hooking it to the sink.

They paid about 500-600 a day for that. The ladder was secured, but it was about a 18/12 slope, so we had to wear harnesses and tie up regardless.

Anyone can be made a meme for the smallest of things. The details are foggy now but some fellow, I think it was he posted a pic of his house maybe, and within minutes his address and all were being discussed. I can't remember it all now, but it was only a few months ago.

Outside insider here (meaning I have a friend working at Deutsche bank). He just told me every collateral bank is insolvent and that’s why everybody is saying the banking system is actually safe.
They’re now finding reasons to print more money (government programs) to let the banks act like they’re the loangiver to restore ‘trust’ in the market.
Shit already hit the fan.
