I recently stated a tutoring business and am currently the only employee. Since starting, I have made a website with a nice landing page with obvious CTAs and contact info, made some physical marketing material (brochures and flyers), got banned from Facebook (dunno why, only made 3 posts), set up LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media.

If you type a "specific region in my city + tutors." My business will be the first result. I have also written a study guide in the subjects I specialise in and sell it on my website.

It's been 2 months with no interest. Haven't received any enquires AT ALL. I have been sticking up flyers around my local service area as well as putting informational and promotional material into people's mail box (legal where I live).

How do I get my first student??? It feels like it's taking a while. Would appreciate your help and ideas.

Idk, sounds like there is very little demand. Get on Nextdoor and make a post, lots of moms on there.
Tutoring is still a thing I'm sure but it won't be very soon, ChatGPT is an amazing tutor and lots of people are realizing it.
Learn to build a tuotoring model with Chatgpt on the back end and sell it as an app.
