https://blog.chain.link/product-update-q1-2023/

Basically, CCIP is 4-6 months away from beta release.

Nothing new is being released this month or next, but community pressure is being felt even at Chainlink Labs so to quiet everyone down they've written this blog post with all the kewl things in the future.

No mention of staking at all.

Talk on Thursday wont be much more than what is laid out here. E.i. don't get your hopes up.

Anyone notice anything else?

This.

Much better when they didn’t give a fuck about the community and just released shit on their own accord without baiting or informing people. Twitter representatives like CLG are the worst thing since sliced bread. I wish the FUD was 10x stronger to shake out the last remaining few. Either hold or don’t and fuck off. Everyone know what Chainlink will become. It’s a waiting game and always will be a waiting game, but just holding LINK (if you can) you already won.

Simple as. 1K/LINK

Chainlink is literally the most innovative company on the planet and is actively working on technology that has the potential to revolutionize not only the internet but multiple industries, and you are fudding it for the simple reason that your bags aren't pumping as much as you want.

You can see all that is taking place now. It's like being able to see what Amazon would become in 2009.

Instead of using this opportunity to buy tokens that will become the native currency of what will becoming one of the most important networks in the world you are moping and fudding because retards aren't pumping it up like another shitcoin.

Do what you will. If you are smart you would hold onto your LINK for dear life. It will skyrocket in value once the pieces are in place, which isn't now, but also isn't some far out fantasy. The team is extremely competent and building the product as we speak.

Here’s what I can come up with: The Chainlunk team realizes they pumped too soon last cycle, and are trying to time the announcements that they think will drive Chainlink up closer to or after the next BTC halving for max gains. If they announce great advancements while no new money is coming into Crypto, they will get what they got last time: a big early pump and then people jumping from LINK to other alts when those pump higher and LINK loses forward momentum. The goal is to be the alt that pumps and stays up, which means it has to pump after and not before other alts. Sure, Sergay and they other betrayers over there can keep dumping to get rich, but they would rather be cash rich and keep their LINK.

This is assuming anyone over there has a brain for strategy.

>> No.54260066

>>54258095
Yes, in fact it's probably the most token-reliant part of Chainlink. Obviously nodes are paid in LINK, but more importantly it's pretty likely that users will want some collateral for cross-chain transactions. This is why staking and CCIP will eventually be inherently linked.

fudders are gay but when I read something like this

>enabling over $7 trillion in transaction value since the start of 2022

I get a bit perplexed and frustrated.

If it's a true statement (probably at least slightly misleading), but let's assume it's true, then how are you not collecting some tiny fraction of that value? 1/100th of 1 percent would get you $700,000,000 in the past 15 months. That's more than $1 per link in circulation per year. As a new and growing system that would be amazing. The price of link is probably no lower than $25 (likely higher) and you have revenue that could be distributed to stakers. This is during a time when people were paying $50 per ETH transaction and chainlink couldn't scoop a few pennies per transaction from all these protocols and services using it? What a poor ability to monetize some very critical infrastructure.

Exactly.
You can tell all the twitter fags are all sub 10k stack poors who are desperate for any little bit of price action.
They've got way more than they can afford to lose in Link, so they hand on any shred of hopium and freak out at the slightest bit of fud.

I wish I could stop paying attention for a few years, but I still find the breadcrumb bullshit exciting, and I like to buy whenever there's a big dump or a lot of fud in the atmosphere.
Still though, I've got a lot of other prospects in my life, so Link crabbing or dumping for another few does nothing to my outlook.
If/when Link does a 10x-100x, I'll be elated because I'll be proven right.
