It's heart-breaking to buy at current prices. It doesn't feel comfy. I'm making a list of equipment, supplies, tools etc that I'll need over the next few years, and buy it all over the next few weeks. Wise purchases will become assets and since prices on most things are increasing I'll hopefully save a decent amount of money overall.

From what I’ve heard discussing Pd and Pt with anons on here Pd is far more of a gamble as it’s exploded on the charts and will likely see a continued consolidation. This combined with the massive pain in the ass it is to find Pd for sale per oz without massive premiums makes me stay away.

I’ve said this multiple times that you are effectively paying an opportunity cost where your 1000 shekels could be placed into gold for the guaranteed slow climb or silver for the potential meme short explosion.

Most I’ve seen bought platinum and even palladium when it was significantly cheaper and are already in the green and are just comfy with their small stacks. A couple of ounces are the most I’ve ever seen and I understand their conservative positions when gold and/or silver seem like more worthwhile investments.

I also was thinking about how little the "working class" is compensated. We are able to live and consume because corporations have created such a massive economies of scale that basic necessities are extremely cheap. However, in terms of the working class acquiring capital, it is very difficult. Large purchases are basically financed and become money-sinks such as house and car. Your savings are usually stored in a bank. However, if you want to buy up capital in the terms of gold it is very pricey. Think about how much value is stored in that tiny little piece of metal. The system definitely wants you to be playing in the realm of "consumer". Getting your hands on 'capital' is the last thing they want because that is going to be the final exit for the elite once the paper ponzi falls.
