Gonna be honest with you and give you some advice. you've got about 2-3 years of work ahead of you before you can hold down a decent girl. it's good you are self-aware of this issue because it's never to late to learn how to play the game. here's some tips to get you started:

1. make sure basic hygiene is on point. that means start a DAILY routine of brushing teeth/washing face/keeping hair and beard neat

2. you dont need weight training your BMI is 32. just fucking work on your diet and walk a few thousand steps per day. get your BMI under 20. your goal should be to fit into a normal clothes size (large/medium tshirts for instance)

3. develop basic social skills. once 1/2 are done, you will have to spend 1-2 years on this stage because there's no easy fix. you simply need to get out of your fucking house and talk to people. tons of ways to go about this- signing up for classes, become a regular at a local coffee shop, make an effort to greet strangers, start taking talk therapy, ANYTHING that gets you communicating with other human beings

the above 3 are basic prerequisites before you can even learn to play the game of attracting women. start here, and then your life will generally improve in many ways and make courtship a possibility (though this too is a skill you will need to learn). good luck
