I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I've seen countless projects like this fail and it all boils down to one thing , If there is no usage/adoption and provable profits as soon as platform is launched it will be stuck in limbo until investors become impatient and from that point it will become a cascades of dumps until the devs abandon the project or start talking about new coins to release , 5 million is a lot for something that can be done on many cex (decentralization is not a great selling point either)
