So the banks not needing to keep a reserve, the japs and Chinese draining usd out of the domestic market, and the European banks needing more liquidity back in october all helped cause what is going on at the moment right?

You see the Chinese and the Japanese have a lot of us bonds and assets, around a year ago they started selling them off to get usd to pump there market. They did this because they printed too much of their own currency during the past few years.
This is one of the the factors that led to the draining of the domestic currency supply. Look up dollar milkshake theory if want to understand this better.
