Yeah I think people (myself included) were hanging on for a dip back into the 16s/17s after the coof bubble, but that didn't happen. I think the last buying opportunity is going to be the next fed rate hikes. If they do a 25 or 50 bps hike, we could see gold reenter the 1800s. Otherwise it's probably as you put it, 2500 then pull back to 2200. Silver is the real one to watch. If you are right and 2500 happens for gold, I could see a new ATH for silver shortly after, which might be my best chance to load back up on gold by playing the exchange if it's favorable (GSR 50:1 at 2500/50). I think a GSR of 40 is the best case scenario for silver holders in the next couple of years.

Even more interesting is silver. This is what the daily price action of silver has looked like all week. What would drive the price down right now like this? The answer is literally nothing except for JPM and the comex working their little hearts out to drive down price and prevent silver from going on continual daily runups by batting to price back down with bullshit paper contracts.
That was all well and good in 2019, but there is more demand for physical silver now than any time in the past 60 years. This is gonna blow up in their faces in the next year or two and I cant wait to sell my silver at $200/ozt. Not all of it though just enough to buy a nice little farm on a few acres.

Now depending on the exact area you live will determine if your housing is going to go to hell in a hand basket. If you’re in a small to medium sized city you might be alright atleast more so than others. If your city is planning on urbanizing I’d probably have a plan like you have to find somewhere else to go.
