i would buy a sizeable acreage for a hobby ranch right outside of town and build a reasonably spacious house on it and a gigantic climate controlled barn/shed for my toys and tools. i'd get some horses, goats, chickens, cows and a mule or two. i'd start a nice big garden and maybe volunteer for some local causes that i care about.

once that was all done i would start amassing a large legacy trust that could last my family generations- so farmland, mineral rights, water rights, dividend stocks, etc.
