My wife's pregnancy was a win/lose situation for me. Like you mentioned, her tits became fairly big and very firm so that was obviously a win, but on the other side she wasn't really in the mood for sex during most of her pregnancy. Drinking milk directly from the source is pure bliss though. Also I hope you don't need to sleep too much, the first months after my twins birth were exhausting for us.

My wife went from a B to a DDD after getting pregnant, and they've thus far stayed that size. We've started working out together so she can keep her back strong enough to support them. And yeah, tiddy milk is based, although I don't indulge very often so the kid can be fed. Also, don't be afraid to buy a punching bag or scream as hard as possible in your car while alone or into a pillow or other muffling thing when the stress starts to get to you if they're your first. It's not hell but there's gonna be parts that suck a lot and if you're really lucky it'll only just suck a lot and not drive you over the edge.
