Fed stepping in to guarantee banks necessary capital through loans which use existing collateral that is already spoken for as collateral AGAIN on NEW LOANS from the Fed is just more leverage on top of existing leverage atop the shaky foundation of 'version 3' of what 'reserve' means. Just pull that rubber band back even further.
