Probably. I think the big issue is that all banks don't want to have to reprice a lot of the stuff on their books right now. Would want to lay low until Fed either steps in with a special purpose vehicle or some other market operation to support those assets. I bet every bank is underwater on a lot simply due to the fact rates have risen over the last year. It means the assets they've been holding lost a lot value.
