I left the crypto scene after losing everything in 2021-22.

Since then I've just been working and not really touching it. Have about £14,000 in the bank now.

Just seeing the news about the banks in the US now. I'm in the UK so I think I'm good for a while but it's not looking good.

Tell me what to put my money in. What cryptocurrencies should I put a few grand in that will be safe and secure? Last time I came here XMR was being shilled. Is that any good still? No memecoins. What else other than crypto?
