lol don't pay, here in the US they sell them to a collection agency and then you just say you'll pay them $1 a month.
currently have one from california but I'm floridian so I'll never pay them a cent

interesting, might try this. they already sent me a few letters saying if i dont pay by july theyll tow my car. but how would they even get my car? it stays parked in a private garage 3 stories up when im not using it. im guessing theyll have to catch it illegally parked to get it towed or they might run the plates if i pass a cop? i should look into how it all works.

im already paying $5 a month on a $550 littering fine for when i threw a piece of gum on a cop car. was retarded i know but i didnt think theyd pull over and make a big deal about it. shoulda just ran instead of standing there like a fuckin spaz

depending on the laws in your area parking authority most times cant do jack shit
here in canuckistan they cant even put you into collections over parking fines, worst thing that can happen is they tow your vehicle if you have unpaid fines and you park on their shit again. so as long as you arent parking anywhere they supervise you should be good.
